About My Draft Notes

The My Draft Notes view in Medical Note displays appointments without initiated notes or notes that were started but not signed. For clients with started notes, you can edit or delete the notes. For clients without a medical note, you can start a note. Depending on the system configuration, this view may include all unsigned appointments and notes up to 365 days.
