About Facesheet
The patient Facesheet in Medical Note provides a comprehensive overview of pertinent client information you can review and update during patient visits. Information from the patient Facesheet is integrated with relevant forms in myAvatar, which streamlines your workflow by eliminating the need to navigate through multiple forms.
Facesheet features
- Access information quickly by using navigation buttons tailored to your role within the organization. Select the appropriate navigation button to access information such as today's appointments and notes, your draft notes, and unreviewed results.
- Create and send to-do's to help prioritize and complete important tasks in a timely manner.
- View started medical notes and initiate or finalize documentation as necessary.
- Accommodate unscheduled appointments by adding notes "on the fly".
