Transfer Care Manager Caseload

Transfer a member's caseload from one care manager to another.

• When a member's caseload is transferred, the member is assigned to the new care manager.
• Adding clients to a caseload.

1. In the Transfer Caseload From field, enter the user name, and select.

2. In the All or Individual Members field:

• Select All to transfer all members of the care managers caseload (Select Individual Members field).

• Select Individual to choose a member.

  • Click Select Individual Members to display the Caseload Selection Screen.

  • Select the member, click Ok.

3. In the Transfer Caseload To field, enter the user name, and select.

4. Click Submit.
