Member Merge

Merge a member's information with another member.

Avatar MSO > Membership Management > Member Merge

This form is used when a member was entered more than once in myAvatar MSO.

If any of the following conditions exist, the merge is prevented:

  • Member enrollments cannot overlap for the same funding source.

  • Service authorizations cannot overlap begin and end dates.

  1. In the Member #1 To Merge (Retains ID) field, enter the member name, and select.

  • This is the member to be merged. This member retains their ID.
  1. In the Member #2 To Merge (Will Be Merged and Deleted) field, enter the member name, and select.

  • This is the member whose information will be combined with Member #1. This member will be deleted from myAvatar MSO.
  1. Click Submit.
