Inactive Authorization Configuration

Set time limits for authorizations that have been approved but not yet claimed.

• Approved authorizations that have not had any units claimed against them within the time period defined in this form will have their Current Authorization Status and Current Authorization Status Reason set to the values assigned in this form by a nightly process.

1. In the Number Days Inactive field, enter the number of days of inactivity.

2. In the Authorization Status field, select the status the inactive authorization will be set to.

3. In the Authorization Status Reason field, choose a reason for the selected Authorization Status.

4. Click File to store the configuration.

5. To delete the current configuration, click Delete.
