Copy Provider Fee Definition

Copy a provider fee definition from one provider to another.

Prerequisites:

• A provider fee definition must be setup in the Provider Fee Definition form.

1. In the Individual Or All Codes field:

• Select All to copy all CPT or revenue code definitions.

• Select Individual to copy an individual fee definition.

2. In the Copy CPT Service Codes Or Revenue Codes field:

• Select CPT Service Code to copy the provider fee definition for CPT codes.

• Select Revenue Code to copy the provider fee definition for revenue codes.

3. In the Revenue Code field, select the revenue codes.

4. In the CPT Service Code field, select the CPT code.

5. In the From Provider field, enter the provider name, and select. Provider fee definitions will be copied from this provider.

6. In the To Provider field, enter the provider name, and select. Provider fee definitions will be copied to this provider.

7. Click Submit.
