Contracting Provider/Program Mapping

Associate a contracting provider with myAvatar PM treatment programs, for a system code.

Avatar MSO > Provider Management > Contracting Provider/Program Mapping

  1. In the Provider Name/ID field, enter the provider name, and select.

  2. In the Namespace field, select the Namespaces associated with the facility that are available.

  3. In the System Code field, select the system code.

  • System codes in the namespace are available.
  • If sub system codes are enabled, programs the user has access to will display.

  1. In the Username field, enter the user for the namespace.

  2. In the Password field, enter the password.

  3. In the Program field, select the treatment programs.

  4. If appropriate, click Delete to remove the contracting provider and program association.

  5. Click Submit.
