Requirements Section

Enter the requirements needed for this foster home member's approval.

1. The Foster Home Member Requirements table lists all of the existing requirements on file for this individual. Click Add New Item to enter a new requirement.
2. In the Requirements field, select the type of requirement needed.
3. In the Completion Date field, enter the date by which this requirement must be met.
4. In the Expiration Date field, enter the date on which this requirement is no longer needed.
5. In the Review Date field, enter the date on which this requirement needs to be reviewed.
6. In the Requirement Notes field, any any additional comments to accompany this requirement record.
