Void Wound

myAvatar Flowsheet allows for the documentation and images of wounds to be voided.  Wounds can only be voided by roles set with permissions in the Flowsheet Configuration.

  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select a wound from the wound list.
  7. Select Actions.
  8. Select Void Wound.
  9. Enter Reason For Voiding.
  10. Select Include Inactive Wounds.

Results: 

  • The wound and all associated wound assessments and images are listed as inactive.
