Review lab results in Flowsheet

myAvatar Flowsheet allows a clinician to mark lab results as reviewed and add a comment. The comments display in lab history. 

1. In myAvatar select a client/patient.
2. Select an episode.
3. Select the Flowsheet console.
4. Select Labs.
   Note: Lab results display a person icon on the Reviewed row.
5. Select a lab result.
   Result: Lab results display in the Panel Details window. 
6. Select Clinician Reviewed.
7. Enter notes in the comment box.
8. Select Sign.
   Result: A green check mark displays on the reviewed row next to the person icon.
