Review assessment history in Flowsheet

In myAvatar Flowsheet you can view the assessment history, including edits and voids.

  1. Sign in to myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient. 
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the clock icon above any signed/committed Flowsheet assessment.
    Result: The assessment history displays in a separate window.
