Print wound images and assessments

myAvatar Flowsheet allows for wound images and assessments to be printed from a single assessment, from the wound for a single day (assessments only), or for all wounds.   

Print wound image(s) and/or single assessment
  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select a wound from the wound list.
  7. Select assessment to print.
  8. Hover over the dots menu above the signed/committed Flowsheet assessment.
  9. Select Print.
  10. Choose any of the three options:
    • Documentation + Images
    • Documentation
    • Images
  11. The Print modal displays the results. Choose whether to save as a PDF or select a printer from the destination. 
    • Select Destination for document to print.
    • Select Save for PDF or Print for printer.
Print wound assessments for a wound for a single day
  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select a wound from the wound list.
  7. Select Actions.
  8. Select Print.
  9. Choose any of the three options:
    • Today (00:00 through now)
    • Today + Yesterday
    • Today + Last 2 Days
  10. The Print modal displays the results. Choose whether to save as a PDF or select a printer from the destination. 
    • Select Destination for document to print.
    • Select Save for PDF or Print for printer.
Print all Wounds 
  1. Sign into myAvatar.
  2. Select a client/patient.
  3. Select an episode.
  4. Select the Flowsheet console.
  5. Select the Wound Care collection.
  6. Select Print on Wound Care Bar.
  7. Choose any of the four options:
    • Today (00:00 through now) - Prints all wound assessments only.
    • Today + Yesterday - Prints all wound assessments only.
    • Today + Last 2 Days - Prints all wound assessments only.
    • Encounter - Prints all wound assessments AND Images.
      • Note: When Encounter is selected, the modal displays a confirmation message: "Please confirm that you want to print all the images and documentation that are associated with the patient.  Notes this could take several minutes depending on the number of documents and images".  
  8. The Print modal displays the results. Choose whether to save as a PDF or select a printer from the destination. 
    • Select Destination for document to print.
    • Select Save for PDF or Print for printer.
