Caseload Management overview

Create data elements to manage clients in a user’s caseload.

Caseload management works with modeling. Caseload Management creates Add Client and Remove Client table columns, for user-defined data collection instruments.

• Caseload management is available for the client entity.

Addition To, or Removal From Caseload table columns:

• Cannot be included in a multiple iteration table.
• Cannot be included in a table with a episode based setting.
• Are not available for event definition.

In SQL tables, the Addition To or Removal From Caseload table columns are based on an Other Entity Lookup (User file), adding the suffix _CASELOADID. The maximum number of characters is 19.
