Set up CareConnect Inbox administrators in myAvatar

System Administrators can identify CareConnect Inbox administrators in User Definition or User Role Definition. To designate a user as a CareConnect Inbox administrator, complete the following steps:

  1. In the myAvatar User Definition form:
  • In the Netsmart Mobile App Access section, select the CareView Portal checkbox.
  • In the Mobile App User Role section, select System Admin.
  1. Save your changes.

Result: The next time the user logs in to myAvatar, they will have the Group icon in the bottom left section of their Inbox.
