Configure Client Attachments in CareConnect Inbox

  1. In the Referral Registration Key field, enter the registration key.
  2. Click Select Certificate File.
  3. In the Open dialog box, navigate to the CRT file and click Open.
  4. Click Select Private Key File.
  5. In the Open dialog, navigate to the KEY file and click Open.
  6. In the Private Key Password field, enter the password.
  7. In the Confirm Private Key Password field, enter the password again.
  8. In the Valid Attachment Types pane, select the forms to add as additional documents to a referral. Note: The selected attachments will display in the dropdown in CareConnect Inbox when creating client attachments.
  9. Click Submit.

Attachment Types

The attachment types you select in Referral Management Configuration identify the attachment types that will be available in CareConnect Inbox. Based on the attachment type, either the most recent version will be attached or all records submitted for the form will be attached. The logic for these attachments is described below:

  • Emergency Contact Information /EPISODE BASED- ALL RECORD
  • Next Of Kin /EPISODE BASED- ALL RECORD
  • Other Practitioner Assignment /EPISODE BASED- ALL RECORDS

  • When Progress Note is selected and the message is not marked as a referral: Pull latest progress note (inpatient, ambulatory, group and individual)
  • When progress note is selected and it is marked as referral: Pull Latest progress note from provider selected in Referral Provider
