Units Of Service Report - Cal-PM

Generate a report that details units of service rendered by provider.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Services > Service Reports
  2. In the Number of minutes for one unit of time field, select the unit of time.
  3. In the Enter an inquiry starting date field, enter the report start date.
  4. In the Enter an inquiry ending date field, enter the report end date.
  5. In the RRG and Individual Practitioner fields, filter the display of the report. If no selections are made in either field, the report displays all revenue reporting groups, or practitioners.
  6. In the If individual RRG, please select an RRG field, make the appropriate selections.
  7. In the If individual practitioner, please select a practitioner field, make the appropriate selections.
  8. Select Process.
    Result: The Units Of Service report displays:
  • The number of clients receiving a set number of service units.
  • The total of service units for an RRG.
  • A weighted total (number of clients times number of units of service received).
