Delete Family - Cal-PM

Remove a family record from the database.

Avatar PM > Client Management > Family and UMDAP Management > Delete Family

  • This form is generally used to remove a family that was entered in error.
  • A family must be selected through the Family Lookup screen in order to open this form.
  • A family must be created in the Family Registration form.
  • All family members must be deleted through the Family Registration form before the family can be deleted.
  • There should be no posted UMDAP services.
    • UMDAP services must be deleted before the family can be deleted. Services are deleted in the Delete Service form.
    • UMDAP services are rendered by a guarantor associated with UMDAP (Guarantors/Payors form).
  1. In the Select Family field, enter the family name and click the Search button.

  2. Select the matching family from the list and click the Select button. Fields in this form are display only, and show the information entered in Family Registration form.

  3. Click Submit to commit the deletion.
