Change Member's Family Assignment - Cal-PM

Change a client’s family assignment from one family to another.

Prerequisites:

  • Excess UMDAP liability that may occur when changing the client's family can be adjusted.
  • A family must be created in the Family Registration form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Family and UMDAP Management > Change Member's Family Assignment
  2. In the Client ID field, enter the client name select the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
  3. In the Existing Family Membership Entry field, select the family membership assignment to change.
  4. In the Family To Assign To field, enter the family name, select the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
    Note: If a dialog displays that the family member has UMDAP liability exceeding what the new family can cover, go to the Adjust Excess UMDAP Charges section.
  5. When finished, select Submit.
