Change Member's Family Assignment - Cal-PM
Change a client’s family assignment from one family to another.
Prerequisites:
- Excess UMDAP liability that may occur when changing the client's family can be adjusted.
- A family must be created in the Family Registration form.

Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Family and UMDAP Management > Change Member's Family Assignment - In the Client ID field, enter the client name select the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
- In the Existing Family Membership Entry field, select the family membership assignment to change.
- In the Family To Assign To field, enter the family name, select the Search button, and select the corresponding entry.
Note: If a dialog displays that the family member has UMDAP liability exceeding what the new family can cover, go to the Adjust Excess UMDAP Charges section. - When finished, select Submit.
