Adjust Excess UMDAP Charges Section - Cal-PM

Change or remove UMDAP services.

  1. Click the Select Services To Adjust button to display the Service Adjustment Selection screen. Select the services to be adjusted, click OK.

  2. In the Adjustment / Transfer Code field, select the posting code. Posting codes defined as credit codes are available (Yes selected in the Does this Code Affect UMDAP Liability Distribution field, Posting/Adjustment Code Definition form).

  3. In the Guarantor to Transfer Excess Liability To field, enter the guarantor name and click the Search button to select.

  4. Click Assign Adjudication To Services to mark services for adjusting. Services are adjusted when this form is submitted.

  5. Click Remove Service From Assigned Adjudication to display the Service To Remove From Assignment screen. Select services that will not be adjusted, click OK.
