myAvatar COVID-19 Import

 

Prerequisites

  • Join the group 'COVID-19' on NetsmartCares.
  • Within the Files section for envelope (report included) download the files.
    • The myAvatar_NetsmartExportCOVID19_2018 file is for clients on myAvatar 2018 or 2019.
    • The myAvatar_NetsmartExportCOVID19 file is for clients on a very current version of myAvatar.

Import the envelope

Note: TPlease do this in your UAT, BLD, or Test environment first. his envelope does not have Draft/Final as part of the assessment.

  1. Select Import Envelope. (This enveloped was modeled in CWS.)
    • Select Create New to import a new Data Collection Instrument (DCI). This will create a copy with the exact same name as the Imported Envelope.
      (Envelope Name = COVID19, Table = COVID19, Form = COVID 19 Screening)
  2. Select Begin Import Scan to check the envelope for errors. The Import Scan Results field displays warnings or errors for the envelope import.
    • Warnings allow the envelope import.
    • Errors prevent the envelope from being imported.
    • This envelope will cause 'Critical errors' due to field attributes already in use. Select Ok. The system will then prompt you to assign new attributes - this is normal when installing in a new system code.
  3. In the Load Un-Locked dictionary Values field, select Yes to load unlocked dictionary values to the 'User Defined' file of the Dictionary Update form. Dictionary values are not changed when overwriting an envelope.
  4. In the Load Locked Dictionary Values field, select Yes to load locked dictionary values to the 'User Defined' file of the Dictionary Update form. Dictionary values are not changed when overwriting an envelope.
  5. Select Begin Import.
  6. Go to User Role and/or User Definition to grant access to both the form and report.
    • Menu path for Form - myAvatar CWS / Configured Forms / Public Health
    • Menu path for Report - myAvatar CWS / Reports
    • This menu path can be changed with Edit form
  7. To move the envelope to UAT or LIVE - go to Export Envelope (CWS) and start over at Step 1.
