Review Results

This form allows you to review lab result information, add comments, send notifications to colleagues, and record that results were reviewed with the patient.Details

  • Voided results are included.

Prerequisites:

  • RADplus Utilities 2010 or higher must be installed to view images.
  • A result must be entered in the Results Entry form.
  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Results Entry > Review Results
  2. In the Client ID field, enter the client ID, click Process Search to select. Click Ok.
  3. The Start Date field displays the admission date for the current inpatient episode. If a client does not have a currently active inpatient episode, this field defaults to the earliest admission date found for that client.
  4. In the Select Results field, select an existing test result to review.
  5. The Order, and Results fields display associated information.
  6. In the Comments field, enter comments associated with the result.
  7. Click View Images to see any document images associated with the result.
  8. Click View Review History to generate a report that details previous result reviews.
  9. In the Send Results Notification To field, select a staff member to notify about the results.
  10. Click View/Print Results to generate the Results Report, which details order results information.
  11. In the Reviewed With Client field, select whether or not these results have been gone over with the client.
  12. Click Submit.
