Progress Notes Home View

Progress notes attached to a service can be opened from Home View.

  • Double-clicking a service progress note To-Do item opens the progress note in the Home View.
  • Opening a group service from Home View prevents a scratch note from being created in the Enter Group Default (Workflow) form.

Prerequisites: To-Do items for service progress notes must have a progress note form associated with the service (Set System Defaults form, Workflow Service Setup section).

View a Progress Note from Home View

  1. In the Note Type field, select the progress note type.
  2. In the Notes Field enter progress note text.
  3. If appropriate, in the Select T.P. Version field, select the treatment plan version to populate the progress note problem text.
    The problem displays in the Note Addresses Which Treatment Plan Problem. To remove a problem, click Clear 'Note Address Which Treatment Plan Problem' Text.
  4. Select the user who will co-sign the progress note.
    The User List Management and Notification Users forms define the available users.
    Depending on the note type definition, this field may be required, or may be disabled.
  5. Click Submit.
    The To-Do item is removed form the associated user's To-Do list.
