Progress Note Viewer

The Progress Note Viewer form allows you to view progress note information for a client and date range.

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Progress Notes.
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client ID in the Client Name/ID field, search for and select the client.
    1. If the client has multiple episodes, select the client's episode, click Ok.
  3. Enter the Start and End Date of progress notes to view.
  4. In the Note Type to Display field, select the progress note types.
  5. Click Print Progress Notes to generate a report of the client's progress notes.
    The notes will be separated into individual pages, and appear in order according to the date and time that each note was written, starting with the earliest.
