OrderConnect User Password Update

Change an OrderConnect user password.

Prerequisites:

In order to communicate between myAvatar and OrderConnect:

  • An OrderConnect user ID must be setup in OrderConnect.
  • A user in myAvatar must be created with the same ID.
  1. The User Description field displays the name of the user currently logged into myAvatar (User Definition form, RADplus Utilities).
  2. The OrderConnect Facility ID field displays the ID entered in the OrderConnect Facility/Agency Definition form.
  3. The OrderConnect User ID field displays a combination of myAvatar user and the OrderConnect facility ID.
  4. In the OrderConnect Password field, enter the password.
    This password is not related to an myAvatar password. It is used to log into the OrderConnect databases.
  5. In the OrderConnect Password (Re-enter) field, enter the password again.
  6. Click Submit.
