Nursing Assessment - Summary Section

Record summaries of Problems, Needs, Resolutions, and Special Considerations for Priority.

Prerequisite:

• A Nursing Assessment has been started for the client.

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Assessments > Product Assessments > Nursing Assessment > Summary
2. Click the Add New Item button to begin data entry in the Summary table.
3. In the Problem field, enter a problem.
4. In the Needs field, select any associated needs to the problem.
5. In the Resolution field, select the length until resolution.
6. In the Special Considerations for Priority field, enter any associated considerations.
7. Repeat steps 1-5 as applicable.
8. Once finished with the Nursing Assessment, Click the Submit button.
