Mental Status Assessment - Additional Axis I Section

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Assessments > Product Assessments > Mental Status Assessment > Additional Axis I Section
  2. In the Additional Axis I table, click Add.
  3. In the Diagnosis Code field, enter the code, and select.
  4. In the Type of Dx field, select the diagnosis type.
  5. In the Other Conditions field, enter additional diagnosis conditions as appropriate.
