Library Setup (MH)

Define mental health treatment plan libraries.

Prerequisites:

• At least one problem must be created in the Dictionary Maintenance (MH) form.

1. In the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID in the Member ID field, click Select Library Name.
   Library IDs start with number 10000 and above.
2. To setup a new library, in the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Select Library Name.
   If the library is not found the New button is enabled. Click New. An ID assigned message displays. Click Ok to accept the library ID. In the Library field, enter the library name.
3. To edit an existing library, in the Library Name/ID field enter the library ID, click Select Library Name. Click Ok.
4. In the Problem field, enter the problem name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
   The current order field displays the problem order. If appropriate, click Clear Entries to remove the problem order.
5. Click Submit.
