Define individual mental retardation treatment plan items.

  1. To add a dictionary code, in the Action field, click Add.
  2. To edit a dictionary code, in the Action field, click Edit.
  3. In the Type of Dictionary field, select the type of item.
  4. If editing a code, in the Dictionary Search field, enter the item name, click Process Search. Click Ok.
  5. In the Value field, enter the item information.
  6. Click File.
