Copy a library from one system code to another.

Prerequisite: The user must be given access to the system code that the library will be copied to.

  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Treatment Planning > Treatment Plan
  2. Select Library.
  3. Select the item name and Return.
    Result: The Library Information field displays information about the selected library. 
  4. In the Selected Root System Codes field, select the system code(s) to copy the library to.
  5. Select Library Linking Information to view how problems, goals, interventions, and objectives have been linked together in the library.
    Note: When items are linked they display below the item they are linked to.
  6. Select Copy Library to copy to the library to another system code.
