Allergies Section

The Allergies section will be used to reconcile allergies from three sources:

  • Allergies entered into Allergies and Hypersensitivities in myAvatar
  • Allergies entered into OrderConnect
  • CCD Allergies

The Source column will indicate the origin of the allergy.

  • Those that are already on the client’s Allergies and Hypersensitivities record will show with a source of myAvatar CWS.
  • Those that were entered into OrderConnect will show with a source of OrderConnect.
    • Allergies with the source of myAvatar CWS or OrderConnect will have the value of Include defaulted into the Include in Record column. You do have the option to set the record to Do Not Include to inactive the allergy upon reconciliation.   
  • Those that are not yet incorporated into the client’s chart will show with a source of CCD Imported. 
    • Allergies with the source of CCD Imported will be highlighted in yellow. You can select the records you want to include and then designate those you do not wish to include or utilize the Do Not Include Remaining button to select the remaining records as such. Upon reconciliation, those marked as Include will be created as new allergies on the CWS Allergies and Hypersensitivities form.
