About treatment plans
A treatment plan represents the progression of a client's therapy and can be edited to accommodate changes in that therapy.
Client assessments within the treatment plan evaluate a client’s condition, their mental health, level of functioning, daily habits, and behaviors.
- Treatment plans are linked with progress notes.
- Treatment plan sections can be filed independently of each other, as work is done with the client.
- Wiley libraries can be imported, or custom defined libraries can be defined.
The purpose of a treatment plan is to demonstrate the necessity for further treatment. myAvatar NX features icons within the Problems, Goals, Objective and Intervention sections of the Treatment Plan that are intended to enhance the user experience. These icons become visible when all required fields in the section have been completed.
