About Pre-Pour Spill/Return To Inventory (RTI)
The Pre-Pour Spill/RTI form is ONLY used if your clinic is allowing pre-pours. This form is used when a pre-pour is spilled or needs to be returned to inventory for various reasons. An example of an RTI would be if a client did not show up to their appointment and the pre-pour needs to be returned to inventory.
To Return a Dose to Inventory or Record a Spill
When you open the form, your username information will be pre-populated into the Username field. You cannot edit this field. Once your Password is entered, fill in the required fields to indicate the date and reason the dosage was not administered. Then, you can select File to save your information. Click the Red X to exit the form.
