Inventory Location Table

 

The DEA requires that the medication inventory location is tracked and this form is where that information is stored. It includes the location name, address, phone numbers, controlling physician and the DEA License Number. There are also fields to capture the Digital Access To Medication information if the facility is utilizing this interoperability process.

To Add a Location 

  1. Select a system code from the System Code field drop down menu.

NOTE: The remaining fields will then become enabled. All required fields will need to be filled out before submitting the form.  

2. If the location has a controlling physician, a physician can be selected in the Controlling Physician field. 

3. Optional: Enter the D-ATM information.
