Expected Leaves - Cal-PM

Record planned leaves that will be taken by the client.

  • This form is for information only, and is not required before a client leave is filed.
  • The client must be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > IP/Residential Management
  2. In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID in the Client Name/ID field, click the Search button and select the corresponding entry.
    • If the client has previous expected leaves, a pre-display screen displays.
    • Select the expected leave, click OK.
  3. In the Expected Date Of Leave field, enter the first day of leave.
  4. In the Expected Time Of Leave field, enter the leave time.
  5. In the Expected Date Of Return field, enter the return date.
  6. In the Expected Time Of Return field, enter the return time.
  7. In the Expected Type Of Leave field, select the type of leave.
  8. Click Submit.
