Expected Leaves - Cal-PM
Record planned leaves that will be taken by the client.
- This form is for information only, and is not required before a client leave is filed.
- The client must be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > IP/Residential Management
- In the Select Client screen, enter the client name or ID in the Client Name/ID field, click the Search button and select the corresponding entry.
- If the client has previous expected leaves, a pre-display screen displays.
- Select the expected leave, click OK.
- In the Expected Date Of Leave field, enter the first day of leave.
- In the Expected Time Of Leave field, enter the leave time.
- In the Expected Date Of Return field, enter the return date.
- In the Expected Time Of Return field, enter the return time.
- In the Expected Type Of Leave field, select the type of leave.
- Click Submit.
