Discharge - CSI Section - Cal-PM
Enter Client Services Information (CSI) data, required by the California Department of Mental Health.
- The treatment program must be a CSI program (Program Maintenance form).
- Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Episode Management > Discharge > CSI Section
- In the Patient Status Code field, select the client's status.
- In the Discharge Legal Class field, select the client's legal class.
