Edit Site Registration Date

Edit a Site Registration date that was entered incorrectly in the Site Registration form.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Site Management
  2. Enter the Site Name or ID# and select the appropriate site from the list.
  3. Enter the New Registration Date.
    •  The new date must be earlier than the first scheduled appointment at the site.
  4. Click Submit.
