Appointment Scheduling System Defaults
Define the default behavior for various Appointment Scheduling functions. These functions are also controlled via registry settings.
- Go to: Avatar PM > Appointment Scheduling > Appointment Scheduling System Defaults
- In the Appointment Status Default Value field, select the status to default into the Appointment Status field on the Appointment Detail screen of the Scheduling Calendar and Clinic Scheduling forms.
- In the Delete Appointments Upon Discharge field, enter Y to delete all of the client's appointments after the discharge date for the selected episode. Enter 'N' to leave the post-discharge appointments in the system.
- In the Pre Payment Service Code field, enter the service code for which to post any money that is received during Check In as filed in the Front Desk form and the Check In screen of the Scheduling Calendar.
- In the Pre Payment Default Posting Code field, enter the posting code for which to post any money received during Check In as filed in the Front Desk form and the Check In screen of the Scheduling Calendar.
- In the Retain The Following Properties Upon Appointment Edits field, select the properties to preserve in the Scheduling Calendar upon appointment edits. Any properties that are not selected will be cleared.
