Add or remove group members from group appointment

Add or remove members of a group for a group appointment.

  • This is only available for group appointments. This function only adds/removes clients from the appointment. It is not a permanent change to the group.

  1. In the Scheduling Calendar, right-click the appointment and select Add/Remove Group Members. The Add/Remove Group Members form displays.
  2. To add a group member to the Current Group Appointment Members field, select Add in the Add Or Remove Client From Group Appointment field. Enter the client name or ID#, and select the appropriate Client and Episode
  3. To remove a group member from the Current Group Appointment Members field, select Remove in the Add Or Remove Client From Group Appointment field. Check off the client to remove in the Remove Multiple Clients field.
  4. Click Update Members.
