About Scheduling Calendar
The Scheduling Calendar in myAvatar NX utilizes views, filters, and color coding to give you quick access to your appointments. For staff who have access to calendars for other staff members, the scheduling calendar also includes team appointments and appointments at the site.
Note: There is no cutoff between moving from the scheduling calendar in myAvatar to the one in myAvatar NX; the transition is seamless.
Calendar Features
View - The Month view shows a bar for each appointment on a day. Click the bar to see the appointment in Day view. Right-click an appointment to open a form and complete a task, such as Check In or Reschedule.
Filter panel - With filters you can view the schedule for a particular site or any combination of site, team, and room. Select a team to see a list of staff members on that team. To see a list of all staff members at the site, do not select a team.
Date filter - Click the arrows in the header to see the previous or next month. Click a date to select it, or click Today to select the current date. This date will be selected by default on any month you choose.
Color coding - Color coding identifies the different types of appointments and indicates available time and time out of the office.
For calendars that show schedules for multiple staff members:
- In the Day and Week views each staff member has a column that shows their appointments.
- The Month view displays appointments as bars. Each day has a separate bar for each staff member that has an appointment. Click an appointment to see it in Day view where you can right-click and perform an action.
