About Missed Visit

When a client misses a visit, you have a few ways you can mark that missed visit within myAvatar. You can mark it from:

  • Client Chart
  • Front Desk
  • Coming in Today widget

Marking the missed visit in these places can post a note to the client record if you have the latest updates installed and the correct Registry Settings.

Prerequisites:

  • CWS 2021 Update 46
  • Appt Sched 2021 Update 14
  • MW Update 2513-002  OR
  • MW Build 3200
