National Drug Code Reporting - PM
Specify National Drug Code information for a service.

- The data is only available for viewing and updating if the service has not been claimed. Once claimed, the data is no longer shown in this form.
- In the Client ID field, enter the client name or ID, and select.
- In the Episode Number field, select the client episode.
- In the Service Start Date field, enter the first date of service.
- In the Service End Date field, enter the last date of service.
- In the Program field, select the client program.
- In the Practitioner field, enter the practitioner name or ID, and select.
- In the Service To Record Information For field, select the service.
Note: When NCPDP is enabled this will only show pharmacy services as defined in Service Code Definition form. When disabled, all services will be shown. - Click Launch NDC Input to display the National Drug Code Reporting screen.
- When finished, click Submit.
