ProviderConnect 270/271 Overview
ProviderConnect users can view eligibility information in Avatar PM (271, or 834 eligibility data files) for a member.

Financial eligibility data is available in the Review Eligibility Information screen.

A 270 file is an electronic eligibility request sent from Avatar.

The 271 client eligibility information can be viewed by ProviderConnect users, in the Financial Eligibility link.
Note: ProviderConnect 271 interaction is setup by a Netsmart system administrator.
