Unit Based Charge Calculation Guidelines - PM

Select Duration to:

• Calculate the roll-up service charge based on the total component service duration.

• The roll-up service fee is multiplied by the number of rendered component service units (the component service duration).

• For example, a roll-up service has a fee of $125.

• The roll-up service has a user-defined minutes per unit charge of 15 minutes per unit.

• If the component services have a total duration of 60 minutes, the roll-up service fee is calculated using 4 units of service, for a total of $500.

Select Total Charge to:

• Calculate the roll-up service charge based on the total component service charge.

Select Units to:

• Multiply the roll-up service fee by the total component service units.
