Teams Registry Settings - PM
Overview
The following registry settings apply to teams functionality in myAvatar.
Allow Multiple Owners
- Selecting 'Y' adds the Select Owners field to the Team Definition form, allowing multiple users to be selected as team owners. By default, the owner is the user that created the team. Owners may make changes to the team definition. Non-owners can view team definition as read-only.
- Selecting 'N' removes the Select Owners field.
Note: If 'N' is selected, teams already filed with multiple owners will not be updated.
Allow System Administrator Access
- Selecting 'Y' allows any user defined as a system administrator to act as a team owner.
- Selecting 'N' disables this functionality.
Default Team Creator As Owner
- Selecting 'Y' defaults the team creator as the owner.
- Owners may make changes to team definition. Non-owners can view team definition as read-only.
- Selecting 'N' does not default the team creator as owner.
Require Owner Entry
- Selecting 'Y' sets the option to always require an owner.
- Owners may make changes to team definition. Non-owners can view team definition as read-only.
- Selecting 'N' disables this functionality.
- To enable this registry setting, the registry setting 'Default Team Creator As Owner' or Allow Multiple Owners' must be set to 'Y.'
