Site specific extended dictionaries are defined by the Netsmart development team and provided to the facility in a customization pack.

  1. The Defined Extended Dictionary Values field displays the extended dictionary data elements and their values.
  2. In the Extended Dictionary Data Element field, select an extended dictionary data element.
  3. In the Extended Dictionary Value (Single Dictionary) field, select the dictionary value for a single select dictionary.
  4. In the Extended Dictionary Value (Multiple Dictionary) field, select the dictionary value(s) for a multiple select dictionary.
  5. In the Extended Dictionary Value (Free Text) field, enter the dictionary value.
