Remittance Totals Section - PM
Verify posting amounts entered in the worksheet.
Prerequisites:
- Posting behavior is controlled through the Allow User To Continue Filing With Mismatch In Amounts To Post registry setting. If the payment amount does not match the amount paid by the client for the service, this registry setting controls whether the batch can be posted.

If there is conflict between totals entered on the Remittance Totals section, and the amounts entered in the worksheet, a message will display when the form is submitted. These fields display running remittance totals entered in the worksheet, and updates for changes made in this form.

In the Payment Amount Total field, enter the total payment amount.

The Payment Amount Posted displays the payment amount that will be posted when the form is submitted.

The Payment Amount Remaining field displays the remaining payment amount. The amount is calculated from the total payment amount, minus the payment amount to be posted.

In the Adjustment Amount Total field, enter the total adjustment amount.

The Adjustment Amount Posted field displays the adjustment amount that will be posted when the form is submitted.

The Adjustment Amount Remaining field displays the remaining adjustment amount. The amount is calculated from the total adjustment amount, minus the adjustment amount to be posted.

In the Transfer Amount Total field, enter the total transfer amount.

The Transfer Amount Posted field displays the transfer amount that will be posted when the form is submitted.

The Transfer Amount Remaining field displays the remaining transfer amount. The amount is calculated from the total transfer amount, minus the transfer amount to be posted.

If appropriate, click Launch Work Screen to display the worksheet. Edits made in the worksheet will update the amounts in this section.
