Earned Income Report - PM

Generate a report that details and summarizes charges for a reporting period.

• The Earned Income Report (Summary- RRG and Service Code Group) summarizes income by revenue recording group and service code group.
• The Earned Income Report (Breakdown- RRG, Financial Class, and Group Code) summarizes income by financial class, service, and group code.
• The Earned Income Report (Facility Totals by Service Code Group Code) displays income totals by service and group code.

Note: Neither liability transfers nor component services are included in the report.

   Go to: Avatar PM > Billing > Billing Reports > Monthly Closeout Reports > Earned Income Report.
2. In the From Month/Year field, enter the starting month and year in the format mm/yyyy.
3. In the Thru Month/Year field, enter the ending month and year in the format mm/yyyy.
4. Select Process.
