The DRG Adjustment Factors field is a display only field that shows DRG adjustment factors.
In the DRG field, select the DRG code to add to the DRG adjustment factors. Note: DRG codes can be maintained using the DRG Dictionary section of the RADplus Utilities Diagnosis Table Maintenance form.
In the DRG ICD-10 field, select the ICD-10 DRG code to add to the DRG adjustment factors.
In the Adjustment Factor field, enter the adjustment factor for the selected DRG code.
Click the Add DRG To The List button to add the selected DRG code to the DRG Adjustment Factors list. DRG adjustment factors are not filed until the PPS Rate/Adjustment is submitted.
In the Select A DRG To Remove From The List field, select a DRG code to remove from the DRG Adjustment Factors list. This list displays all DRG codes in the DRG Adjustment Factors list.
Click the Remove DRG From The List button to remove the DRG code selected from the Select A DRG To Remove From The List menu. DRG adjustment factors are not filed until the PPS Rate/Adjustment is submitted.
