Aged Accounts Report - PM
This report ages remaining guarantor liability, according to several selections made in this form.

Go to Avatar PM > Billing > Billing Reports > Monthly Closeout Reports > Aged Accounts Report. - In the Effective Date field, enter the date to base the report on. The number of days between this date and the date in the Age From Date field is used to age the credit balance.
- In the Date Of Payments field, enter the latest payment date to include in the report. This allows you to report on payments that occurred after the Effective Date.
- In the Age From Date field, select how the report is aged:
- The Date - The Service Was Closed Ages the credit balance from the date the service was closed to the effective date.
- The Date - The Client Was Discharged Ages the credit balance from the date the client was discharged to the effective date.
- The Date - The Service Was First Billed Ages the credit balance from the date the service was first billed.
- The Date - The Service Was Performed Ages the credit balance from the date of service to the effective date.
- The Date - The Last Payment/Transaction Was Posted Ages the credit balance from the last posting date.
- In the For Individual Or All Clients field:
- Select All Clients to include all client balances
- Select Individual to generate credit balance information for a client.
- In the Client ID field, enter the client name, and select.
- In the Summary Or Detail Report field:
- Select Summary Report to generate a Credit Balance Report (Summary) report.
- Select Detail Report to generate a Credit Balance Report (Summary), and Credit Balance Report (Detail) report.
- In the Individual Or All Guarantors field:
- Select All to include all guarantor balances in the report.
- Select Individual for a guarantor.
- In the Guarantor field, enter the guarantor name, and select.
- In the Service Billing Status field, select the service billing status to display in the report:
- Select Both Billed and Unbilled Services to include all services.
- Select Unbilled Services Only to include services that have not been claimed.
- Select Billed Services Only to include claimed services.
- In the Print For Balance Type field:
- Select All to generate a report for all balance types.
- Select Credit to generate a report for credit balances.
- Select Debit to generate a report for debit balances.
- In the Additional Sort field:
- Select Yes to sort the report by the selection in the Which Item Do You Wish To Sort By field.
- Select No to sort by client ID.
- In the Which Item Do You Wish To Sort By field, select how to sort the report. The list contains all data entry fields in myAvatar PM.
- In the Aging Category field, enter the aging categories.
- Enter the number of days between the Effective Date field, and the selection in the Aged From Date field. Charges display on the report when they have reached the aging criteria.
- Separate multiple categories with a comma. For example, enter “0” for accounts from 0 to 29 days old. Enter “30” for accounts from 30 to 59 days old.
- In the Include Zero Balances (Y/N) field:
- Select Yes to include zero balance accounts in the report.
- Select No to exclude zero balance accounts from the report.
- In the Sort By Name Or ID Number field:
- Select Client Name to list clients in alphabetical order
- Select Client ID Number to list clients by client ID.
- In the Print Discharged Episodes Only field:
- Select Yes to include client episodes where the client has been discharged.
- Select No to include all episodes.
- In the Include Bad Debt Information field:
- Select No Bad Debt Guarantors to generate a report that excludes bad debt guarantors.
- Select Only Bad Debt Guarantors to generate a report that only displays bad debt guarantors.
- Select Both Bad Debt Guarantors and Non-Bad Debt Guarantor Information to generate a report that includes all guarantors.
- Select Process.
Optional: To make it easier for your finance team work with the data from myAvatar, you can check the box Export Detail Information to CSV to export the Aged Accounts Report to a CSV file.
