Generate a report containing information in the Display field.

  1. In the Option to Display field, select Service Authorizations to display the information entered form. Select Member Enrollment to display the information entered form. The information is displayed in the Display field.

  2. Click Print to generate a report containing information in the Display field.

  3. The Display field details the service authorization or member enrollment.
